Nebras for Development (NAD) welcomed Mr. Anis Awad Bajabir, Institutional Planning Consultant, for a specialized professional session held under the Empowerment for Development Program, implemented by Istidama Capacity Development Foundation and funded by the Al-Awn Foundation for Development. The session aimed to enhance institutional performance and strengthen strategic capacities.

The meeting included a review of the Institutional Performance Improvement Assessment (IPIA) tool and strategic standards, in addition to discussing performance gaps, opportunities for improvement, and supporting documents and evidence. This reflects Nebras' commitment to adopting best practices, promoting a culture of institutional innovation, and fostering continuous improvement.

As Part of the Technical and Vocational Education Specializations Development Program, Nebras for Development (NAD) Visits the Hadhramout Coast Chamber of Commerce and Industry

As part of the activities of the Technical and Vocational Education Specializations Development Program, Nebras for Development (NAD) conducted a visit to the Hadhramout Coast Chamber of Commerce and Industry to strengthen collaboration with the private sector and explore opportunities for joint cooperation.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Ashraf Al-Hadri, Secretary General of Nebras for Development, and Mr. Saeed Joban, Technical Education Partners Project Officer. They were welcomed by Mr. Majdi Bouaabes, Acting Director General of the Chamber, and Mr. Saeed, Head of Public Relations.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to strengthen coordination, develop partnerships that support labor market needs and youth empowerment, and organize follow-up meetings to establish implementation frameworks for joint initiatives, particularly under the Technical Education Partners Project.

This visit was conducted as part of the 2026 Technical and Vocational Education Partners Program, funded by the Al-Awn Foundation for Development, in partnership with the Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity, supervised by the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training, and implemented by Nebras for Development (NAD) as part of ongoing efforts to achieve sustainable development impact.

The Records Management, Digital Archiving, and File Protection Training Course concluded after several days of intensive training, contributing to the enhancement of the educational staff's skills and improving the efficiency of information management within the educational environment.

The closing ceremony was attended by Dr. Fahmi Fararah, Dean of Seiyun Community College; Eng. Hassan Al-Sukkar, Executive Director of Nebras for Development (NAD); Eng. Salem Ba'adeel, Program Officer; and Mr. Taha Al-Saqqaf, Director of Ibda Soft – Hadhramout Office.

The course aimed to equip participants with modern archiving techniques, document management practices, and information protection methods, contributing to a more organized work environment and enhanced institutional performance. It also supports the objectives of the Technical and Vocational Education Specializations Development Program, which seeks to strengthen the capacities of educational staff, improve the quality of applied education, and align educational outcomes with labor market requirements.

The training was implemented as part of the Educational Staff Capacity-Building Project for the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Specialization at Seiyun Community College, funded by Al-Awn Foundation for Development and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity, supervised by the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training, and implemented by Nebras for Development (NAD) to promote modern digital archiving practices and build a more efficient and well-organized work environment
