
As part of the project to qualify the teaching staff in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration specialization at the Community College of Seiyun—within the Technical and Vocational Education Development Program at the college—the “Records Management, Digital Archiving, and File Protection” course comes as a qualitative initiative aimed at building modern applied education, enhancing administrative performance, and improving document management efficiency in line with the latest best practices.
The course focuses on developing skills in classification and indexing, transitioning to digital archiving, and strengthening information security concepts. This contributes to creating a more organized and efficient work environment and enhances practical application within the institution.
The course is implemented with funding from Al-Awn Foundation for Development and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charity, under the supervision of the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training, and executed by Nebras For Development. This effort contributes to improving staff capacity, enhancing the quality of applied education, and strengthening graduates’ readiness to meet labor market demands.








Nebras for Development (NAD) received a delegation from the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (Yemen Office) at its headquarters in Hadhramaut, as part of efforts to strengthen partnerships and explore opportunities for collaboration in implementing future development projects.
The delegation included Mr. Omar Al-Salam, Director of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth Office in Yemen, and Mr. Fahd bin Mahfoudh, Head of the WAMY Office in Hadhramaut.
The delegation was welcomed by the Secretary-General of the association, Mr. Ashraf Issa Al-Hadari, and the Executive Director, Eng. Hassan Al-Sukkar. They emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation with organizations supporting development work, contributing to expanding programs and projects with sustainable impact.
During the visit, Nebras for Development showcased its أبرز projects and activities in the fields of education, community development, and capacity building, highlighting key achievements made in recent years.
Both sides also discussed prospects for joint cooperation and the possibility of implementing qualitative initiatives aimed at supporting youth and promoting local development, in alignment with the community’s actual needs.
Nebras for Development (NAD) is an active member of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth, reflecting the depth of the institutional relationship between the two sides and strengthening opportunities to further develop the partnership and expand areas of collaboration.
At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed appreciation for the association’s efforts, praising its high level of professionalism and achievements, and reaffirming their commitment to building an effective partnership that contributes to achieving sustainable development goals.
