The Nebras Association for Development concluded the activities of the Ramadan food voucher project funded by the Canadian International Relief and Development Organization (IDRF) and under the supervision of the local authority and the office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Hadhramaut Governorate, This project comes in response to the emergency humanitarian situation in the suffering of many displaced and poor families from the local community from the severe economic crisis that Yemen is experiencing, Where the project worked on distributing 900 food vouchers to the beneficiaries in five districts (Al-Abar – Shibam – Seiyun – Tarim – Al-Som) at a value of (74000) Yemeni riyals per voucher, this project has met with great satisfaction from the community and the official authorities for the humanitarian advantage that ensured the beneficiary dignity and freedom in the process of purchasing his food needs from the shops that were contracted with in each directorate.

Mr. Issam bin Habrish Al Kathiri, Hadhramaut Governorate Undersecretary for the Valley and Desert District Affairs, praised the project’s executive mechanism and the efforts of the donor and implementer of the project.

On Thursday morning, July 15, 2021, Nebras for  Development celebrated the conclusion of the activities of the [Second Summer Forum for Children] for the year 2021 AD, which targeted 55 male and female children.

In the ceremony hosted by Attafawq Institution  , the Director of the Protection Department at Nebras Association , Ms. Samia Hassan Badawi, praised the wonderful effort made by the Forum’s management in implementing its activities and events during more than a month, and confirmed that this forum comes within the activities and programs of the Protection Department to provide protection from the negative effects of the vacuum and investment time with useful software. Also it works to discover and refine children's talents, develop their skills and various experiences, and provide a fun and safe educational and training environment for children. She also praised the efforts of Selah Foundation and their remarkable role in enhancing social and psychological protection for battered children and women.

While the Director of the Girls’ Education Department in the Education Office in Tarim  Directorate, Ms: Maryam Ali Bathan, explained on the side of exploiting the free time of our children and directing them to practice their life activities and urging mothers to pay attention to the good education of their children and work to develop their skills during leisure and vacations.

At the end of the ceremony, which was marked by several distinct artistic segments, certificates of thanks and appreciation were distributed to the teachers who contributed to the success of the forum and certificates of participation were distributed to the male and female students participating in the forum
