The Protection Department in Nebras Association organized a workshop on ( Mechanism to enhance the psychological safety for children under coved 19) for 30 participants from the female cadre specialized in managing protection and development programs for children. This workshop is organized in partnership with Social Protection Department of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and a number of civil society organizations interested in providing protection services for children which are: Basma Foundation for Child Development and Women, Irada Foundation for People of Determination, Al-Amal Association for the Movement and Mental Disabled and Al-Hayah Association for Development. The workshop was opened by Mr. Abdullah Breashan " Secretary General of the Association. He welcomed the participants for their efforts and explained that the importance of holding this workshop in response to the current conditions experienced by children and adolescents under coved 19 and the negative psychological effects which is affected children's behavior. Mr. Adel Muslim, " Protection Director" praised the efforts of Nebras and partner organizations that work to reduce the psychological pressure for children in Hadramout Governorate under coved 19. The workshop was moderated by T\ Samia Ba-Dawi," Protection Department in the Association" explained to the participants the methodology of managing discussion groups according to the themes of the workshop which are psychological safety mechanisms to: define disease and ways of precaution, recovery, learning and entertainment, and the participants showed great interaction with the workshop themes. The workshop came out with a matrix of outputs and recommendations aimed to enhance reassurance and psychological safety among children for those concerned with work in the field of childhood, the participants formed a committee to research ways of networking and partnership between organizations working in the field of childhood.
