(SAYD) for Development received on Monday morning October 28, 2019 at its headquarters  Dr. Ahmed Attia, Minister of Awqaf and Guidance in theRepublic of Yemen and his accompanying delegation. They were received by Dr. Abdul Kareem Bajubeer, President of the Association and Mr. Abdullah Breshaan, Secretary General, who was briefed during his visit on the directives of the Assembly and highlighted its interventions and programs in the fields of education, empowerment and protection.The Minister praised the pioneering role played by the society in the development of education and vocational youth and stressed the ministry to provide all facilities that would alleviate the burden of students enrolled in university education, especially in educational grants. The Minister was accompanied by Mr. Ahmed Hassan Bahuireth, Member of the House of Representatives, Mr. Murad Ramadan Subaih, Director General of the Ministry of Awqaf and Guidance in the Valley and Desert, Legal Counselor Mr. Khaled Awad Huwaidi, Director General of Tarim Directorate, Eng. Office of Education / Tarim and Mr. / Mohamed Awad Bashuaib Director of the Office of Social Affairs and Labor, and Colonel Abdul Nasser Abboud Tamimi Director of Security Directorate of Tarim.

(SAYD)  for development has implemented it's first intervention in the project of Emergency Education Response by providing school furniture(40 double chairs)  for Saif Bin Thi Yazen Secondary School in Al-qatten Directorate. This intervention comes to reduce the deficit in school furniture for students and school administration and this activity is part of a package of future interventions of the project of Emergency Education Response to strengthen the educational process in the governorates of Hadramout and Marib.

The Student Association for Youth Development (SAYD) participated in the program of leadership training with Al_Nama Network in Wadi Hadramout during the period (5-13) October 2019, where the program included three training courses (project formulation guide, accounting for non-accountants, media documentation for organizations).This program comes within the interests  of Al_Nama Network in Wadi Hadramout with its member organizations in the network.The association was represented by Mr. Awad Saeed Bin Awaid and Mr. Omer Saleh Belgaeth.
