(SAYD) for development held its annual meeting with the members of the General Assembly on Friday January 17, 2020  to discuss performance reports for the year 2019  and approve the operational plan and budget for the year 2020 .During the meeting opened by Dr. Abdul Karim Bajubair Head of the Association which was held in the presence of (93) members of the General Assembly the performance report and financial report were discussed For the past year 2019 , while the head of the Oversight and Inspection Committee, Professor Hussein Bamqaisham, read the committee’s report, also reviewed the operational plan and the general budget plan for 2020, and opened the way for discussion to make comments and inquiries, after which voting and To approve the reports and plans by the brothers in the public.

One of the most important issues in the meeting was to change the name of the association as it was discussed by the executive body and the administrative body and by reviewing the reasons for changing the name of members in the public and reviewing the criteria that were followed to choose the new name and extensive discussion by members, a vote was taken to change the name of the association, and approval On the new name (Nebras Development Association)

The Director General of Seiyun Directorate Mr. Mohammed Muhsen Al-ameri in Al-sabban Secondary school inaugurated the first phase of the training program for social worker for public education schools, kindergartens and the special needs of Seiyun Directorate under the title (Towards the promotion and improvement of social worker in our schools) through the period from 22-25 December 2019,funding by (SAYD) for development. This program which 76 social worker from a various schools of education in Seiyun Directorate participate aims to improve social service, develop the performance and experience in school social work and the ability to solve school problems. In a speech to the local authority at Seiyun Directorate point at the efforts which presented by (SAYD) for development and its qualitative interventions for improving the educational environment and raising the efficiency of social workers in schools. In addition to that, the director of education office in the directorate of Seiyun Mr. Khalid Bilfas thanked the local authority and( SAYD) for development. Then the General Secretary of (SAYD) Mr. Abdullah Breshaan presented his thanks and appreciation to the local authority and the education office at the Seiyun Directorate for all the facilities and support for the association's interventions in developing the capabilities of the educational staff. The inauguration was attended by Mohammed Muhsen Al-ameri, director of the education department of the education office. Ahmed Khabah, head of the orientation department and Fuad Baabad , head of the training and qualification department office of education in Seiyun Directorate.   

(SAYD)  for development and in co-ordination with Alttafwq Institute for training and qualification held a training course in etiquette art and protocol for the trainer (Abdullah Muqaidehaan)  where the administrative staff of the association and association members participants with professional dealing skills in official events and the party protocol to highlight our organizations at an honorable level in front of official bodies and organizations.
